IQ Service for Migrant Organisations in Rhineland-Palatinate
We support you.
We are in cooperation with migrant organisations who aim to bolster their activities in the laboral market. To enable a facilitated access to offers, information and opportunities in the labor market to persons with a migration background, it is necessary to create offers tailored to individual needs.Migrant Organisations function as catalysts, advisers and access providers. Our project offers solutions to migrant organisations that wish to expand and strengthen their activities in the labor market, or those who wish to address this for the first time. It is particularly aimed at each of the organisations which were established in Rhineland-Palatinate in the course of new immigration, in the context of Asylum and Flight. The core focus of our project lies in (organisational) counselling, networking and empowerment, in order to support the migrant organisations’ not only in their professionalization process but also as equal actors in integration policy (work).
What we offer.
- Support with the implementation of relevant events pertinent to the laboral market, for example Laboral Market Interviews (IQ Good Practice).
- Counselling and vis-a-vis Support for migrant organisations which want to implement long term labour-market relevant projects.
- Update of the IQ Handbook “Aktive Vereine – Handbuch für Migrantenorganisationen als Partner für Integration und Beschäftigung“ (Active associations – Handbook for migrant organisations as partners for integration and employment).

This is a message promoting a handbook for migrant organisations called “Active Associations” which serves as a guide to help promote integration and employment. The handbook is published by AGARP, a working group connected to the foreigner’s councils of Rhineland-Palatinate and was originally released in 2008.
